4. Plagiarism Evidence: If plagiarism is detected in the delivered work, clients are eligible for a 50% refund, provided valid evidence is submitted.
5. Dissatisfaction Without Evidence: If a client is dissatisfied but cannot provide valid evidence, they are eligible for a 50% refund only.
6. Insufficient Instructions: Refunds will not be issued if the client fails to provide clear instructions or necessary details at the time of placing the order.
7. Customer Support Delay: If our customer support team fails to respond to inquiries within 48 hours, clients may request a 50% refund.
8. Revisions and Quality Issues: After 7–10 revisions, if the work remains unsatisfactory, clients may request a 50% refund, provided this request is made within seven days of delivery.
9. Refund Processing Timeline: Refunds are processed within two weeks after all evidence of poor-quality work or dissatisfaction is submitted.
10. Plagiarism Check Responsibility: Clients must share plagiarism check results at the time of submission. We are not responsible for any issues arising after submission.
11. Revision Window: Free revisions are available for up to 30 days. Beyond this period, no revisions or refunds will be provided.
